Questions distributors ask about this line
Are the analysers sold separately from the reagents?
They are quoted together. A distributor usually places the analysers with clinics and then supplies the consumables, so the quotation covers both.
What does a clinic need to run the isothermal line?
One dock, the test cards, and a swab. The dock weighs about 240 grams, reads up to six pathogens per card and connects to the clinic system.
Is training provided?
Yes. Set-up and operating guidance is supplied with the first order, and the evidence page lists the validation documents your clinical team will ask for.
